| 1. The following conditions apply to all bookings and override any terms or conditions stipulated or referred to by the person making the booking (The Client). The Client is deemed to have accepted these conditions. Client being the person making the booking plus all other persons included in the party. | ||
| 2. Booking made six weeks before departure, a Non-Refundable deposit of 10% is payable on booking with the balance due six weeks prior to departure. | ||
| 3. Where booking is made within six weeks of departure the entire rental is payable. | ||
| 4. In case of cancellation of a booking:- Prior to six weeks of departure: Loss of deposit Within the six weeks prior to departure: 100% of the rental payable | ||
| 5. Clients are advised to obtain Insurance cover which is offered when booking flights because the owners cannot be liable for injury, Loss, Damage, Delay, Expense or Inconvenience of any kind or any cause arising whether or not within their reasonable control or that of their agents. | ||
| 6. The Villa is furnished and hopefully all the main items are provided for your party to enjoy your stay. We would like to point out however that the Client is expected to respect the property and contents and should use them with care. Any damages caused is the responsibility of the Client and the Client may be expected to replace or pay for replacement. I therefore suggest you check on arrival and bring any problems to the attention of the Maid, this will also enable us to replace any items so that the next Client is not inconvenienced. | ||
